I would like to ask your opinion this luftwaffe leather trousers and gloves what could be the value? It is rare or common?

Well its not the standard Kanalhoßen style (with multiple pockets to include a built in flaregun holster pocket, loops for flares inside pocket... etc).
Those existed in fabric as well as in leather late war. (with a matching leather jacket with fl.bluse style buttoned closure)
This is a more simplified style, so probably an earlier pattern is my guess. The standard cut one is the big money style!
Still a nice looking piece with believable hardware, but I am not an expert! The snaps should be a good clue for those "in the know"!

Here's a copy from Noblehouse! Much more elaborate! Note similarity of double snap waist closure and internal belt strap pulls.

Agree, could've been used by Luftwaffe, but not specific luftwaffe ..
It's very hard to put a price on items like this.
