29th Flak Reg. shoulder board

Can I get your opinions on this shoulder board? I am pretty sure it is a good gabardine sew on type board, I just thought it was interesting that it had the numbers embroidered with ciphers on top.

Ah, that makes sense now that the metal numbers were added on top because of a promotion. I hadn't thought of that possibility. Thank you for the information!
