Nice garment. I think(from my monitor) it could for flak. Red threads from the collar and the collar cord looks faded from top, but more red on the bottom. Could just be my monitor though.

Regardless, nice original tunic. Interesting the tabs are the only insignia removed.

I would leave the denazified factory applied breast eagle "as is".
Its part of the history of this tunic! Just add some replacement cinnamon tabs

Remember Gerry Kaeppner telling me they sewed the piping on their collars because it looked "cool" and he didn't join the FJ till 43,the pic in his soldbuch has piping to the Fliegerbluse..
