Luftwaffe Cuff Title Opnions please

I've had this cuff title in my collection for a number of years, it has a nice aged look to it, but I would ask for opinions on its authenticity please.

Its a Geschwader Horst Wessel title, it has black paper that's been glued to the reverse and it as a black mesh underneath the paper.

The glue looks like it may have gone through to the other side as the cuff title in places is quite stiff to the touch.
