Mini navigator bag..

I've posted this in the model building forum, but there's zero interest, wrong field I guess, so maybe the luft guys might have some interest in this.
I've some pilot figures 1/6 scale , but all are pilots actually, so I've decided to build a beobachter figure for a change..
The equipment I need for that is not for sale, so I've to create it.
Big problems ..
I've started with the bag, looks simple, but it was a hell of a job to do ..
I'm quite satisfied though.

Next project will be the breast chute, then the big watch will follow ..

The MG 42 has nothing to do with it, that's another project, just used it to fixate the bag for a shot.

Inside there's a rubber and 2 pencils I've made sofar, it also needs a Kursdreieck, printator, compass and some other stuff, but that's for later..

Yes, James, me too ..

It's a lot of trouble, but also a lot of fun to create.
I keep a lot of rubbish like old lighters, a hair dryer, ball points etc.., there's always something in it I can use.

That is an amazing bit of work! How long has it taken you to make this? The detail os just superb. As James says, Iookimg forward to the finished figure.
