    Bordfunker Jagdgeschwader Mölders grouping

    Hi Guys,

I got this grouping amongst other things I bought. It's a small grouping of insignia and a medalbar of a Bordfunker who also fought in Spain.
I know the medal, Fliegerschützenabzeichen, is a fake ( The veteran bought the medal, he earned but lost, after the war.). And the shoulderboard to me looks like an Infantry officers shoulderboard. (Or could it be Herman Göring division?).
But what about the cufftitle? I know these things are heavily faked. I compared it with original ones and it looks legit. But of course, I could be wrong.

    Would love your opinions.

    Thnx in advance

The CT is a No from me, I believe to be incorrect. I haven't seen the type forming of the letters is incorrect.
          Cheers

I do not see how a bordfunker could be assigned to JG51; it was a single seater fighter wing, and flew the Bf109, later, the FW 190.

It is very common that flight crews in Spain became pilots in WWII. I know several cases. Even amongst not flight personnel.
Just to name one: Heinrich Ehrler, 208 kills, was a Flak guy in Spain.

By the way, I like the cufftitle. There was many variations during time and from different makers but the quality of this is consistent with wartime ones

That could be possible, but it's hard to say since I don't have the needed info. Are there more opinions about the Armband and the other items? (Abzeichen, Medalbar)

The board is HG, not infantry and the medal bar is good to me
