    White summer trousers german/italian ww2?

I bought these trousers a few years back and was told at the time that they were German WW2 Luftwaffe or Kriegsmarine. They went well with the LW Summer Tunic that I will be shortly offering on the E-Stand. I would appreciate some feedback on exactly what they are! I notice on the buckles is the brand name "PRIMA" which to me sounds more Italian rather than German. I found a pair of Heer trousers, during my trolling of dealers sites on the net the other day, that also had the same name on the buckles.
When I got the trousers they were very stained with way too much age yellowing and soiling to go with the tunic (which the seller I bought it off, as it turns out ALSO BLEACHED!!)

I have never actually seen a real pair of LW White Summer Trousers here in OZ, so I was a little too trusting when I bought these off "a mate". There appears to be a makers label that has been torn off (shown in one of the images). Not much else to go on except the ink size stamps. Anyway any ideas?? Cheers to all!
