LW Flak soldier wearing Heer tunic

I saw this photo many time before, but I never really looked that closely before. It looks like the Flak soldier on the left is wearing a Heer tropical tunic. Was this a common practice as they would just grab whatever they could back then or something else like a supply issue?

I realize I'm a new member but that's no reason to ignore my question about the tunic.

A supply issue. The first Luftwaffe units in North Africa wore Heer uniforms with Luftwaffe insignia. They also can been seen with Heer caps.

Yes there are many surviving wartime examples of tropical heer tunics with Luft insignia. There have been some shown here before though I can't remember by whom.
