Luftwaffe lanyard?

This one came with a Luftwaffe lot recently.
Is this ww2 WL, or WH, or later?
There are 41 knots at the thick cord, which points to ww2 imo.

Looks OK to me ! Just like the one I have on my luftwaffe jacket ! Its a ( Paradfangschnur) Regards Markus
