Unknown optic - help with ID - Luftwaffe?

I recently obtained a wooden crate loaded with Luftwaffe flight items and included were these two optical pieces. I would appreciate any help identifying these. I guess they may be Luftwaffe because everything else in the box was. I tried the Optics Forum previously but these stumped everyone.

Not much help, but nothing about them screams Luftwaffe to me.

Is there perhaps somewhere a FL code or Ln code mentioned to see if these are indeed Luftwaffe and if so what their purpose is?
