LW flying paper "rubber version"...opinion please

Hello everyone, I have found this card Flight of the Luftwaffe, in a version in "rubber waxed" of large sizes, about cm.112 x 74 cm.
I kindly would like information on this type of flying paper and if it is original?

Original and rubberized to mark courses etc. with grease pencil on them. You can remove the grease after the flight and use the map for the next mission.
