I'm looking for opinions about this private purchase tunic

Dagger slot? Tailor label?

If you don't mind scalloped pockets on your luft tunics.... And the collar shape is a bit off. Possibly French made or possibly post war.

I agree. Heere or KM but most likely not luftwaffe. I know nothing about tunics/uniforms but I do know a bit about summer uniform metal eagles and I have seen only 1 Luftwaffe summer uniform eagle (late zinker I beleive) with the lower clasp (third) but the third (lower) clasp is a common feature (majority but not all) on army and navy summer eagles. This tunic has 3 loops or the uniform eagle...
