I am a total rookie on Luftwaffe uniforms, could u guys help me out on what type of visor/hat and what jacket this pilot is wearing ? His name is Rudolf Sigmund and he is a Luftwaffe Nightfighterpilot. Thanks a lot !!

Standard LW officer's pattern schirmutze with metal stiffening band removed (German equivalent of a '50 mission crush').

The tunic is a 'tuchrock' (standard service dress tunic for LW personnel - open collar; four button front with four box-pleated pockets).
