    Ukrainian volunteer in Luftwaffe

    I would like to share this rare photo of Ukrainian volunteer, that my friend has just found. Is there any way to guess as to what color the piping on his boards is? It seems dark to me - Flight or Flak perhaps?

    Too dark for flight. So maybe art, medical or pioneer?

      He was a former member of Police in General Gouvernment. Not likely Medicine, but many Galicians were drafted into Luft, so probably Flak or Pioneer.
