Unusual early schwimmweste?

Hi!
Just got this west in my collection and got some questions.

How come label is showing swp734 but the body is 10-30? Anyone else seen this type of label? Anything wrong?

Does anyone know during what years different types of wests were produced?

For example can B2 wests be found with date before 1940 etc? Are there other models than above?

It's probably a remain stock of spw 734 labels and reissud on your schimmweste.

what about my other questions regarding manufacturing time periods for each model. Anyone knows?

As for this west it can be considered as BoB item then due to the date on the label or is it too late? Some say it ended 1940 others beginning of 41..

Hi Johan,
Officially the BoB took place between 10th. July and 31st. Oct. 1940 but as you know this early style was worn during that period and for a short time thereafter.

It could be considered The Blitz period against England rather than the BoB.
