Honour Goblet Help Needed

Good day Guys

I came across this one for sale locally. Looks good to my untrained eye compared to ones I have seen on the forum but I would appreciate some comments. Seller says it belonged to Unteroffizier Erich Wittig 2Staf, KG4. Can anyone help look up the soldier? I have seen a few links to pages with Honour Goblet recipients but could not find him. Any help would be appreciated.

23.12.1942 Deutsches Kreuz in Gold

The Ehrenliste was published weekly on a Monday....1, 8, 15, 22, 29 for June......the date is not correct according to Ehrenliste, however I have seen this before where the dates differed.
