Unusual leather flight suit

Today I got this leather suit.
Can you tell me something about this one?
Do you know this type?

I only saw once on ebay.

The suit has the typical german Luftwaffe zippers and functions.
But only one reach-through and only one vertical front zipper.

Indeed KM leather coveralls, (protective suit) These are sometimes advertised as LW flight suits and sometime explained as KM pattern flight suits for air crews.
Not correct. Not aviation related but These were used late war by some Heer Puma reconnaissance crews in the panzer waffen based on period photographs (already posted here).
