Kampfgeschwader- 26 Ring

Hi guys,

Today I was offered an interesting ring. On the inner side of the ring engraved initials of the owner and place of dislocation KG-26, "Vestigium Leonis" in 1940 in Norway. Engraved name of the city Stavanger and initials "K.L." IMHO
What do you think is possible to know the full name of the owner of this ring? I really appreciate your help and opinions.
