    Here are photos of the obverse and reverse of an eagle I obtained from a vet many years ago which appears to be very similar to the one on this tunic.

          Looks like no one is going to be able to make a judgement on this one. I was hoping for more responses as I was interested in buying this one. I'm certainly not an expert on cloth, but I do have to say the award loops look a little suspicious to me, but I certainly can't judge the originality of the tabs and eagle nor their application.
