    Need id on this luft strap

    what is the "III" in green,slip tab for??,,,regiment?company?battalion?...why green and not red/white etc...many thanks for those that take time to answer,,,Robert

    I don't believe the two pieces were ever intended to be worn together.

      The skip on loop is for a Heer shoulder board and would probably represent the 3rd Wehrkreis.
