I am posting a set of LW Hauptmann (Flight) collar tabs I recently received for review and comment. Please note the tabs are unissued and still attached by a small thread in the center area of the side. I look forward to your comments!

Nice unused tailor stock tabs. But the silver cord around seems to be a little rusty?!

These are fine tabs.

I think he means the piping is oxidized (white powdery substance).

Yes GaryB is in right, I mean the oxidation around.
I don't think this look good on a stone mint tunic.

I believe the oxidation is aluminum Disintegrating. If it gets bad enough and you decide to clean it you can end up with an area sans braid.
