Luftwaffe Tropical Cap Eagle Opinions

I would appreciate your opinions on this tropical eagle. I believe the cap is fake,but the eagle may be good. Thanks for your help.

Fake eagle for me too,have seen similar eagles also on blue grey backing appliedd on M 41 style LW blue tropical caps - also controversial.
