Luftwaffe greatcoat

Hi all,

A friend of mine just bought this greatcoat.

I think it's awesome but he would like to get some more opinions. It's LBA marked, but is anyone familiar with the maker? It's marked Hubert & Szyszka or some such, I've never heard about this maker before. My friend thinks it might be Polish, I think it could be German too.

In any case, it's an NCO great coat with green collar tabs. This should have something to do with air traffic personnel. Is that correct.

My friend would like to complete his coat with the missing collar tab. What do you think his coat is worth in this great condition?
