    Variation Luftwaffe Breast Eagle

I only have a few variation EM breast eagles on Luftwaffe tunics, with most sporting the standard wartime embroidered type. If our veteran Luftwaffe collectors could help me determine if this eagle is original, I would appreciate it.

    regards, Robert

I'll post some more complete views, and thanks for the confirmation. Some of these LW enlisted breast eagles are really something.

              b. Nachkrieg Vernähung, ohne Wissen über den Adler.

Sewn-in boards with wool piping, which I like.

Good quality wool, with a standard cotton liner.

Thanks John, and I know you know your blouses.

This belt came with it. More wear, but they were captured together (or at least from the same veteran).

That's a war time belt and buckle, but a nice set all the same Robert. Is there a tab on the buckle?

                            Thanks for the kind words.

Yes John, I've got a nice mint brown aluminum belt set to display this with. The steel one does have the tab, below.

                              regards, Robert
