eagle on channel jacket

what are your thoughts on this officers eagle on this blue channel jacket i have.
war time or after market?
sadly when i got it the zip was broken and 2 domes on the bottom were missing so i had them replaced but its still displays very well.

I agree with Jos. The details are really sloppy and that eye is very beady!
