It looks like they are an armored crew though, not an aircrew.

Nope, they're not flight crew members... As stated by jos, as it was happened to lots of KM leather garments, also this kind of stuff was, evidently, used by panzer guys. In which way the had obtained thats suit is unknown.

I remember to have seen also another pic in the past that shower panzer crew dressed like fighter pilots!

Hello, I like this picture very much. It seems the man on the left's flight collar has a snap closure, that would date it as early 1944 or so. One could imagine SS field assault troops with MP44s dressed out like this. Best, Bill
