    LW - tropical tunic original eagle !?!

    Hi here my 2 LW tropics jackets.
    What is your opinion about,
    are the Eagle original stitched?
    What medal include your opinion on the jacket-added he owned the Spanienkreuz .

            This afrika tunics are not often to find, and in my opinion 95% of them were denazified ather 1945. So it is hard to find a DAF tunic and much more harder to find one with original attached eagle.

            I like bouth eagls but I'm shure the are bouth reattached, because they are on the edge frayed. The original type are plain.

              This particular type of eagle ( both are identical ) is very controversial and questionable plus one of the most found fakes among breast eagles IMO.
              I would be curious to see the eagles' location on the inside of the tunics .

                Indeed. And was once widely and cheaply available on ebay. On a thread somewhere are many photos this design lifted from ebay. It is a reproduction.

                      Yup same eagles. As stated elsewhere, these came out in the mid '90s and first appeared at reenactor events for $10. Looks like the two in question were artifically aged by throwing them in a washing machine.
