Luftwaffe Officers Breeches Sizing

Hello all, I'm considering purchasing a pair of breeches. There are a pair on the estand with the following measurements:

Waist: 103cm - 40.5 inches
Outer Leg: 95cm - 34.7 inches
Inner Seam: 67cm - 26.4 inches

Now, breeches do have an odd shape, and probably strange sizing, but given the above measurements are these on estand for a little fat man or will they fit a 'normal' shaped 34 waist, 32 leg : )

Waist 103 is rather big, best sizes are 80 to 90 .., 80 will only fit the smaller mannequins, while 90 is a big size for a mannequin.
Think sizes like 84/86 will fit most mannequins, 86 equals 34 waist..
