im not convinced about this one as im not seeing any real wear in the ovious places for a pilot from shoulders to sleeves, the pilots badge looks very new as well, the stiching holding the shoulder boards also looks new.
it is also possible the pilot rearly flew but the eagle has some rubbing but the pilots badge none hmmmmmm
as you say its very difficult to be 100% either way but for me i would not pay big $$ for it,

Well, everything is possible, but this must be the exception I'm afraid.

I would rate this one just under very, very obviously put together. Almost wondering if you're perhaps making a joke?!

For sure, it is difficult to compare the leather tabs holding the shoulder boards with wear of the rest of the jacket caused the jacket was in use before the modifikations were taken. But i´m with you, guys.
