The straps and the leather inside the mask are replaced, from the photo the clip look ok, but you would need a closer look. I would think the value would be between €500.00 and €700.00 for a restored mask.

Well...it sold for $1500.
The inside is MINT...which leads me to beleive it was not refurbished...and the leather is original. The refurbished ones are all lake finds from what I know, and the masks are generally poor in condition...
BA stamp also looked good compared to the newly-painted ones on the refurbished ones...
Strap look like they are the Czech ones (new-made)...however...

The mask is one of the better ground dug air field ones IMO, I've seen quite a few in very good condition, ground dug, not water found, hence the traces of dirt inside ..
The chamois leather for the face is replaced, straps are fake and the spring clamp is added later, clamp is original though ..
1500 is quite a lot of money for a restored mask, think Jim's prices are more realistic ..
