Opinions on LW bucke please

Hi One of the last items that Im unsure of...Looks parade use,or walking out something,it came with this belt I seperated for convenience

Couldnt find any markings on the buckle,on the belt there are a swas and an R D 1944

Hi I´m fare from an expert on buckles and have been wrong before but to me the buckle looks legit.

The belt concerns me I do not like the look of the quality and the markings make me believe this is a postwar belt. BUT to be sure please post it in the belt and buckle forum if you have not don that yet?
