IMO original tunic, but the eagle is surely reapplied.

Agree, good blouse, but not original insignia application. The eagle is a reproduction, only my opinion of course.

Chevron shouldn't even be on there.

Somebody got carried away!

Either that or the chevron is correct and the restorer put the wrong tabs on.
