Ami I correct in Iding this as a Flight helmet for air crew german around 1935 or so? The rear flap I believe ID's it.

Is difficult to say if was worn pre or after 1945. This kind of garnment was used by motorbiker and car driver from the early 1900 till after the end of WWII...

By my side this saw a post war life...
