I wouldn't buy it. Officer's eagles look like this

Thanks, I never buy cloth unless it come straight from a Vet, this came from a Vet's Estate, but the Vet was a Marine and evrything else was Japanese

The drooptail eagle in question looks good to me, I think this silver version was worn by NCO and officers ..
Think Rudel had one of these on his Flieger bluse ..
