LW smock with questions

Hi,

I was offered this LW smock. According to the insignia it is a Wachtmeister of the flying personnel?

I am a complete newby when it comes to uniforms, therefore I would like to ask for help. Is this a good tunic or a bad one?

Hello Os,

1st of all this type of jacket isn't called a smock, but, in this case, a Flieger Bluse for flight members. ( yellow branche color )
The rank isn't Wachtmeister, but Feldwebel.
It looks like a later war example, but nowadays certain people are able to make very good copies.
Would it be possible to post close-ups of the eagle and better pictures of the inside of the jacket ?

I still need to see more to be convinced. I am not too fond of those markings, and am concerned about the presense of the cotton lining and such maker markings on what "appears" to be a late Fliegerbluse.

Pictures by daylight would help, with buttons closed IMO but the appearance of the wool is very similar to a fake I had once.
