This appears to be very nice indeed, lots of award loops plus Kuban shield and variant Afrika cuff on cotton type material. Shame theres no name in it.

To me, the shoulder boards are a little off in color, but that could be the scan. Given that the tunic is mostly put-together, however, I would check them out carefully.
