Help with Tunic Unit Markings

Hi All,

Can anyone decipher these unit markings? One looks like Flieger Horst BR - what does the BR stand for?

Br. = Bremen?

In 1939 was located here the I. Gruppe Kampfgeschwaders 40 (Focke Wulff 200C bombers). In 1940 these activities were moved to Denmark.
