Not a textbook one, because there wasn't such thing, those who had one had them made or made them.
Got mine for free from a guy who thought it was a strange item .., anyway, it didn't had his interest.
Will make some photo's.

My yellow armband is on another mannequin unfortunately .., I ony have this pull cap, but you might try in the Ordonance, bombs, shells, grenade forum, I once saw a guy there with a box full of pull caps.
