LW Bullion Breast Eagle

Hello All,

Luftwaffe is not my collecting area, but, I recently acquired this breast eagle (I have weakness for all things bullion). My concern is that the bullion on top of the wings is "sparkly" -- almost like Christmas tinsel. It is hard to capture the effect in pictures, but, I tried two different lighting conditions.

All opinions are appreciated.
