Hi, not being an expert, but it looks wrong to me. It might be some odd variant I have not seen, but I don't think so, though luft embroidered eagles come in a bewildering array.

I would pass on this eagle. There are still plenty of originals out there, check the estand from time to time. It will be vetted and likely cheaper than anywhere else.

This thread was also posted by you. What are you doing? Also I know that it is the same eagle but it sure looks different. Looks like you have put an iron over it.
