I don't see anything wrong with it. Looks like a nice well worn one.

Hello, I agree. Very nice with a pleasing grayish color. Beautiful ribbons. Best, Bill

        Hi there!

I like what I see too!

The insigna looks perfectly matched and aged with the jacket. There's any tailor label?

        Compliments!

Interesting this snap which has been sewn on to keep the Fliegerbluse well closed. It seems that the original owner didn't wear it in an office in Berlin considering how its color has turned.
These new mannequins are definitely not made for the jackets we are collecting (impossible to close the jackets very often when displayed on mannequin).

That is one worn FB I tell ya. Just to stir things up a bit. Don´t you guys think the condition of the eagle is a little bit to good, compared to the FB. I mean, the eagle is the first thing that get damage of the insignia on a worn piece like this.

The thought did cross my mind actually, but it's so hard judging stuff like that from pics. It does have quite a few seperator threads (or what they're called) missing, so it's not mint.

Hand-sewn is hand-sewn and it is impossible to say with certainty if the stitching was done before or after 1945. I think it looks believeable and would give it the benefit of the doubt. A very pleasing jacket with a lot of character in my opinion.

Looks nice. My Dutch made Fliegerbluse has a snap button setup like that. Very classy.
