Luftwaffe administration tunic??

Guys, I wanted to check on this one. I got this with some other stuff, but don't know anything about these. Is it TR period?

It is not marked except for the makers label in the collar. It has two inside pockets and padded shoulders. The pictures aren't the greatest, but hopefully good enough.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To me it looks like a DRK German Red Cross uniform in gray, possibly war time...
but lacks the mouse gray collar for it to be war time DRK....Any traces of removed shoulder-boards?
Private purchase Austrian made (Tyrol) for a DRK officer ? or post war Austrian?
Definitely not Luftwaffe... Are the buttoms field gray painted? Appears so on my monitor.
If that's the case they are not original to this tunic...so played with and the LW Admin tabs also added...

I agree with Nick,

The tunic is not a LW tunic. I think it may be a early post war tunic of some kind.

Thanks for the info, it is appreciated. I had my doubts.

Nick, there is no signs of any other insignia having been on this one. Also, I believe you are correct about the buttons being added.
