Hi Harry, it seems to be a combination of an "A" with the electric plate of a "C" instead of the box. The screws on the side however IMHO show it rather to be basically an "A" type. Otherwise it looks fine to me. The type shield is a bit more battered than the rest. Is it an ngk? Has it got some stamps anywhere? There were quite a few conversions during production/use so the combination A-C should not be a problem.
