Embroidered Luft Eagle Patch

I have had this for years and am only now posting it. I really do not collect things like this and I do not recognize the rear cloth this eagle is placed on.

The eagle is machine embroidered and a 2nd pattern I think, but again not my area.

Any comments are appreciated and thank you in advance.

Looks to be for the luft tropical blue meliert shirt. There is another example on another thread at the moment. Normally these are considered uncommon, though I have seen a few about lately.

adler für das blaue (blau-meliert) diensthemd. das diensthemd hat mit den tropen nichts zu tun, sondern war eine allgemeine bekleidung.
