    The problem is......the black light test is only a guide, in so much that it is not 100% accurate. The backing and the glue could have been, late war, a synthetic compound and this will glow.

        thanks for the info. I am making a list of notes on all this, believe me. The sticky test, the black light, etc... Thanks for the guidance.
