Field Division strap opinions sought

Recieved this strap in a lot of insignia and wanted some with more experience on Field Division straps to look it over prior to sale or trade.

Wool Piped, originally a sew in, Slip on tongue seems added later, Buttonholes are slits, Tress is kind of sloppy, There is a stiffener in the Strap.

The strap looks flat and unissued, but the wool looks good to me... What am I missing?

Thanks to all for their input,
Had my doubts as well..overall doesnt feel right in hand, The wool piping seems out of place as well as far as its texture and use on this strap.
The slit style buttonholes are ok on some straps, just hadnt seen this style of finishing prior..A few red flags.

Last question,

Per the dates of the organization of the Field divisions I would think that most shoulder straps encountered would be done in non wool piping as with the Heer and SS Correct?
