It has been debated, some do not consider this one as original, due to the A (Assmann) mark, which doesn´t have the straight legs on the A, or was it that this version was original and the other one bad, I can´t remember?

I am not sure if it has been proven either way? Hopefully someone will know and chime in......

        Fake.

Look at the slim leg holding the swastika, that's the killer feature.

The Summer eagle in question is a fake eagle, fantasy design with a very weak leg, all of the known Summer eagles have the claw connected to the tail, so it won't break off.
Ramjet's eagle is a textbook Assmann design.
