Luftwaffe Bag But what is it?

I picked this up in the estate auction along with a LW tunic, hats and flight boots.
I am 100% sure its Luftwaffe, PRYM snaps, looks like some 39 dated markings, etc.

I think it may be a clothing carry bag, like the US officers used, but with all the straps and stuff, but it doesn't all line up. I can't figure out what it may be missing. A photo in use would be cool!

Once I figure out what it is and what it may be worth I will be posting on the e-stand.

It is the 38 pattern and I only know of 3 photos of these bags in use.
