Indeed they are...That's why I wrote this comment in post number 2; (re skull tabs)
The color looks more like air traffic control farbe, rather than felddivision green...
but I read in the fielddivision thread that various shades of green were used...
(so whatever was available or recycled) meaning besides ATC green, also PzGren/Jager grün
and slightly darker feld division green are ALL legit possibilities for FeldDiv use

I am pretty open minded at this point with the various shades of Felddivision green!
Look at these contributions from Zeugmeister and PaulR (from the Felddivision thread)

I agree! Drillich HBT's were more often converted by officers with flight status. This oatmeal colored HBT fliegerbluse was found on a Vienna fleamarket along with a 4 pocket tunic, a tan shirt, 2 blue shirts, 1 visor and 2 overseas caps, all belonging to a Hautpmann.
(sorry I can't name the WAF owner who scored this and shared the story on WAF)
Note the officers style (narrow) shoulderboard loops and added buttons!
Definately period done for "non-fatigue" duty...= alternate summer wear!

Can you please show some close ups of the collar tabs and eagle?

Well the LW breast eagle is bad I was told... (as its embroidered on splinter)
but here are blown up images of both, as requested!
I don't have the tunic in hand yet so not able to take pictures...
These came from the sellers e-stand offer thread....

          Regardless if the tab is real or not the question still is;
were tabs worn like this by FeldDiv troops?
with Pz skull (but lacking pink Pz piping)

Nick, I think the tab with skull has been added, they are both fake, and it is a fantasy item (regarding a green tab whether it be FD or traffic control with a skull). Now if it were a FD tab with red piping and a tab that would be different!

I think the tunic has been jazzed up.

Yeah it was advertised like that... I know its been played with...
I just wanted to get confirmed if such a combination could have been possible.
(without pink or red tab secondary farbe piping)
              OK thanks! Case closed!

                Hi Nick,
Tabs DID exist in this pattern(green with the skulls), but I think that the tabs pictured on this tunic are reproductions.

                OK 2 opinions now...
I know HG used these skulls on white tabs in this shape (with no secundary piping on occasion)
and that FieldDiv units used skulls (mech artillery and Pzjager), skulls pinned directly on the collar
or on tabs with red or pink secundary piping but also straight on plain green tabs apparently
                (like the repro set).

That was the answer (or opinion) I was looking for.
Now hunting for photographic proof! Any examples out there?
(non HG white, non piped tabs with Pz skulls added)

These wrappers have green tabs with skulls, but appear to have the appropriate (assault gunners red) secundary piping...Image from WAF, repeated here)

and here the well know H & C recreation of a Feld Div assault gunner
(in regular fliegerbluse) skull pinned directly on blouse

The aboveH&C recreation was obviously based on these pictures (from Osprey)

So skulls pinned straight on bare LW tunic collars are proven to be period done,
but skulls mounted on green tabs is a questionable combination.
(mimicking the HG Div practice, skulls on white tabs)
