    Good em mantel?

seller insists this is LW but I think heer, or...?. anyway he says buttons one side are thru the lining, the other side not (?), also tho it seems EM grade wool there's no loop for boards, bit a 'hole' end of shoulder says sew-in to me.

more important is the odd looking lining - seems a lot like the 'mottled green' material used on the police visored field cap (vol. 1, german poice, p. 653). yet most pol. coats had dark collars I thought...

    anyway comments appreciated!

I'll send this over to the police forum, too.

Upon close inspection the buttons almost appear to be Bundeswehr with a slight rim?

thanks. the police guys say 'army' and that the so-called 'mottled police green' lining was used in making FJ and other garments....
